1) Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom/personalized items may require additional processing time, usually 5–7 business days, depending on the design and order volume.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (and tracking if available).

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.
